Fun game, isn't it? Well, the genre's fun, I just haven't played that one since I played the Complete Saga instead.
I can't work the game out. D:
In the beginning, go around destroying everything you can... along the way certain items will need a special ability (silvery stuff can only be destroyed by bombs, glowing black stuff is only manipulated with dark side force) that will unlock over time. Progression through the story unlocks characters (or versions of a character) but you can also buy extra characters at the hub.
Thanks, I think I may give it another go at some point, but it just confuses me so much. D:
Pity I don't have the game, else I could give you some in-game pointers.
I've played all the other Lego smash-up games so far (Lego Rockband doesn't count) and will be getting Lego Harry Potter when it comes out. Safe to say I'm a big fan of lego. -.-
Haha, I can see why. It's awesome. I watch the boyf. play it all the time, I just can't seem to grasp it. >.<
It is dramatically different than the 3PS/FPS genre that you seem to focus on. There's also less skill and more smashing. :) It is made for kids, after-all.
Hm, I will broaden my horizon and give it a go later, when John is here so he can show me what to do. :D
Smashing seems too much fun to give up on. :)
Good for you. That is one of the reasons why I like the lego games... smashing stuff up like that makes it easy for me to let my inner child out. (not that it really needs convincing to come out and play)
Haha, I know what you mean. I play Wall-E and The Golden Compass for that. Not that I've gotten very far in either. :3
I played Wall-E to 100% (I am such an achievement whore), but I haven't finished Golden Compass yet. They pale in comparison to the pure destruction that lego games have.
You know, I'm starting to think it's me and children's games. I just can't figure them out. I had a hard time with both those games, and I rarely play them now because they just p-ss me off too much.
